Criminal Support
Due to our in depth knowledge of criminal proceedings, the criminal legal system and Police procedures we are able to be briefed easily and in an efficient manner.
Our criminal support services include locating witnesses, interviewing and taking statements or drafting affidavits from witnesses.
We assist Counsel with reviewing disclosure and liaise directly with the Police in accordance with various instructions. We prepare and brief experts whilst collating supporting documentation.
We prepare detailed background reports on witnesses and other parties involved in criminal proceedings including personal, employment and financial details.
We have also given evidence in the Criminal Jury Trial District Court as a defence witness.

Document Process Serving
Documents can be emailed to us, collected by ourselves from Law Firms, The Auckland High Court or District Court and served on an urgent basis within the Auckland area at short notice.
Our agents are fully aware of Court processes and the applicable legislation. We ensure that all legal document process serving regulations are strictly complied with.
Our process servers complete the service in a prompt, discreet and pleasant manner with the strictest confidence. We explain what type of documents they are being served with and that legal advice should be sought. The respondent is treated respectfully to ensure the action of the service of the document does not result in any confusion or distress in order to avoid hostility and complications further into the legal process.
Our clients are informed immediately¸ with accuracy and detail, that service has been completed as well as the respondent’s response to the service. We also include any comments or observations pertaining to the merits or otherwise to the case. An affidavit of service is also sworn and returned promptly to you, as well as being filed at Court, if required.
