About Anna Jeffs - Female PI

My career commenced in the UK where I worked for top UK legal firms including Top 500 Law firm winner Hugh James Solicitors whilst studying for the UK Institute of Legal Executives examinations, specialising in Family and Criminal Law. My experience includes instructing and attending Court with Barristers, advocacy in Chambers, interviewing, drafting affidavits, drafting Court proceedings and attendance upon family law clients.

I moved to New Zealand in 1999 where I worked for the Legal Services Agency including in a managerial position specialising in Family and Criminal Legal Aid.

In 2006 I joined The Auckland Crown Solicitor, Meredith Connell Barristers and Solicitors as part of The Criminal Jury Trial Administration Team, working alongside top Prosecution Lawyers, the New Zealand Police, Defence Counsel and the Judiciary.

Since becoming a licensed Private Investigator I have undertaken numerous surveillance assignments, various high profile investigations, general investigations, assisted both Family and Criminal lawyers and clients and have supported clients in respect of infidelity and matrimonial matters. I have also given evidence in the New Zealand Courts in my capacity as a Private Investigator.

I possess a unique and personable approach to private investigations with a combination of legal and criminal experience.

We are a boutique Private Investigation team consisting of female and male Licensed Private Investigators. We are passionate about our work and guarantee confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Our team includes ex NZ and UK Police and legal personnel, both with over 20 years of experience, as well as ex-Army personnel.

Legislation and Ethics

All investigations and surveillance assignments are undertaken strictly in compliance with the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010, Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Regulations 2011 and the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators (Code of Conduct – Surveillance of Individuals) Regulations 2011.

We do not conduct any surveillance assignments, upon any person, where a restraining or protection order has been issued against a proposed client.
